Founder Fridays - Meet the Founders of NightVision, Culture Think Tank and Nedge!
A look at the founders of three promising startups.
Welcome to our end-of-the-week edition of Startup Deal Desk – Founder Fridays!
Every Friday, we highlight several promising startups and the founders behind them.
Our goal is to foster connections between innovative founders and prospective investors, providing a community where both sides can learn (and potentially earn) from each other.
If you saw our Tuesday issue, you’re probably familiar with:
NightVision and CEO George Prince
Culture Think Tank and co-founder/CEO William Lindstrom
Nedge and co-founder/CEO Peter Thomson
And if you’re not, we’re going to share a bit more about them. Enjoy!
1️⃣ How George Prince is innovating in website and API software security with NightVision
George Prince’s long history of creating and nurturing businesses through all stages precedes him. He founded two companies, CBS and Gerber Scientific, that were acquired by NYSE companies and managed multi-billion dollar portfolios at the Royal Bank of Canada, focusing on cybersecurity and tech companies.
Together with his co-founder, Kinnaird McQuade, they spearhead NightVision to make the best application security testing platform on the market. Its cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS covers 200-400% more endpoints, allows for API documentation in 20 seconds, and locates exploitable vulnerabilities in 3-10 minutes before the code is deployed.
NightVision’s unparalleled efficiency and accuracy are a true example of innovation. It’s supported by leaders from industry giants like Microsoft, Salesforce, Etsy, Amazon, Intel and JP Morgan. The company has previously raised a $5.4M Seed round and is now raising additional $3M to scale its operations and enhance its technology.
